Idea and background:
Concept idea for AI system providing patient insights based on relevant clinical information at the start of image interpretation (EMR/HIS/RIS).
Diagnostic errors due to cognitive biases could be mitigated by setting the appropriate clinical context through providing easily accessible relevant patient history, and preventing anchoring bias, framing bias, and search satisfaction.
AI algorithm-driven system providing initial diagnosis to be reviewed/confirmed by physician.
The framework is based on BMC methodology used in “Lean Startup” approach.
